Eventually, I found my way to Europe, and the rest, as they say, is brewing history!

Team Vidis: Quite the jetsetter, I must say! Now, let’s talk about your family tree. We’ve heard about your siblings, Arabica and Robusta. Care to share some family secrets with us?

Mr.Bean: Ah, the Arabica and Robusta duo! Arabica’s the smooth talker, known for its nuanced flavors and delicate aroma. Meanwhile, Robusta’s the bold sibling, packing a punch with its strong taste and extra caffeine kick. We do have new members joining our tree Excelsa, and Liberica who are gaining popularity for their flavours notes by day. We’re like the Brady Bunch of the coffee world, each with our own unique charm.

Team Vidis: A dynamic family indeed! Now, let’s talk about your travels to India. How did you make your grand entrance into the land of spices and spirituality?

Mr.Bean: Ah, India, what a magical place! I arrived on its shores back in the 17th century, thanks to some adventurous Dutch traders. They couldn’t resist bringing me along for the journey, and once I landed in the hills of Karnataka, I knew I had found a new home. Since then, I’ve been spreading my aromatic charm across the hills of Coorg, Chikmagalur, and beyond!

Now,Mr.Bean, we know you’re no stranger to the art of brewing. Can you share some insights into the various brewing methods that bring out your best flavors?

Mr.Bean: Ah, brewing methods, my favorite topic! From the classic drip to the trendy pour-over, each method has its own unique charm. And let’s not forget about the South Indian filter coffee, with its aromatic blend of coffee beans and chicory, brewed to perfection in a traditional brass filter.
